Hurst Castle paddle boarding

Paddle Boarding

Fancy an amazing day out and a truly unique exploring experience?

You’ll meet your New Forest Paddle Sport Co. instructor at Keyhaven Quay, where your private group will be guided across from Keyhaven around the beautiful salt marshes full of colour and wildlife to the historic Hurst Castle.

On arrival to the castle, you’ll be met by your bags and dry clothes, before grabbing a bite to eat from your picnic box supplied by the Coastal Bakery in Milford on Sea and a drink from the castle’s café.

Your instructor will then head for home leaving you to explore the Tudor coastal fortress and enjoying the views across the Solent to the Isle of Wight before taking a ferry trip back to Keyhaven.

All abilities are welcome on this experience, as our instructors will be coaching you all the way. All under 18’s are required to have a parent taking part in the session with them. We recommend for children they need to be 10 years old as a minimum and a competent paddleboarder already as this is approximately a 2-hour paddle. If your children are under 10, we recommend the Kayak Castle Experience.

Prices start from £135 for 1 person and then priced accordingly: 2 people – £170 3 people – £205 4 people – £240 5 people – £275 6 people – £310
